This Is What I Do
I designed The LeadR+ Signature Program to help forward-thinking leaders with 10,000 hours of experience, approximately six (6) years, in their field transforming their genius into purposeful life work and their teams into thrivable ecosystems that lead people to be the best versions of themselves. The first phase of the program starts with examining behaviors you need to modify to embrace refinement, innovation, and transformation. You will unlearn how to make transactional relationships and create an identity that will transform lives.
The second phase focuses on igniting you to lead beyond the idea. That starts with reverse-engineering personal or professional goals through reflective practice to articulate a clear vision. We will then move on to prioritizing what is most important by using imagination to create an extensive list. That will set the atmosphere for you to create the psychological safety needed for team members to increase their adaptability, bring forth innovative ideas, and have positive relationships within the team or organization.
The third phase of this program is about empowering your cohort to lead beyond collaboration. We will analyze how you can activate a powerful and dynamic team by using your emotional intelligence and an approach that maximizes your strengths. Next, we will look at using your creativity to help individuals find common ground so they can collaborate in empowered teams. Lastly, you will learn how to use creativity when designing teams to leverage the cross-pollination of skills and encourage the speed of innovation in this phase.
The last phase of this program is about implementation to help the organization lead beyond the system. We will identify what needs to change for your organization to drive you forward. We will then examine your human culture so you can create the human-centric community needed to lead and grow your business and employees. We will also be doing future mapping to identify trends from the past and present, so you can chart the future using feedback and feedforward loops. Finally, we will turn your organization into a thrivable ecosystem by creating a living, breathing organism that captures ideas, thoughts, people, and innovation in one dynamic and adaptable system.

My group coaching service provides executives, senior managers, and leaders the opportunity to train a group cohort within their organization. I help organizations run an online or in-person coaching program over 6 – 8 weeks based on a course that can be tailored to varying requirements. That course is designed to build, empower, and develop strength-based teams to work on projects for your organization. I rely on the reflective learning strategies that underpin my LeadR+ Signature Program (Leading Beyond Yourself) to coach a cohort through a Zoom call or live session every week. I focus on identifying each team member’s unique gifts, talents, skills, and expertise to create resilient teams capable of making and executing plans for continuous improvement.
